You Agree to These Rules

By downloading Tower Rush or visiting our website, you're agreeing to play fairly, follow Indian gaming laws in your state, and accept that we can ban your account if you cheat. Simple stuff.

How You Can Use Tower Rush

You can play for free or deposit money to play tournaments. You can't resell your account, run bots, or try to hack our servers. You own your winnings; we own the software.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your password private. If someone hacks your account and drains it, report it within 24 hours. You're responsible for any taxes on your winnings—we report payouts above ₹10K to tax authorities as required by law.

Our Intellectual Property

Tower Rush, the tower-building mechanic, game assets, logos—all ours. You can't copy or resell any of it. Reverse-engineering our app or cheating systems gets you banned permanently and potentially sued.

We're Not Liable If

Your internet cuts out mid-game, you lose a bet, another player beats you, your phone crashes, or you misclick and lose money. We run fair servers, but we can't control your connection or your decisions.

Tower Rush might link to payment processors, social media, or other sites. We're not responsible for them. Read their terms.

We Can Change This

If we update these terms, we'll email you 14 days before. Keep playing = you accept the new terms.
